Throughout my first pregnancy I was so nervous about getting stretch marks I would slather my body with cocoa butter multiple times a day.

To my utmost dismay I still got those ugly pink swiggles across my lower abdomen and hips!! I cried the first time they appeared ,wondering how I thought I would somehow defeat the odds. I continued using the cocoa butter, not wanting to know what I would look like without it, but the marks kept coming as my stomach grew!!

Pregnant with my second child I had come to terms with my battle wounds and expected to add more to my collection. My girlfriend however insisted that I try Vivaplex.

I have been weightlifting since I was 16 years old and have stretch marks on my upper arms and biceps and across my upper back to show for it.

I've tried drug store brand removal creams and even had my girlfriend purchase the ones they sell in the maternity shops. All of these however showed little results. I felt like I was flushing my money down, and at times I smelled a bit too feminine for my taste.

The skin on my arms is noticeably firmer and the pink discoloration has faded into flesh tone. It goes on smooth and is easy to apply to my back (not cakey like some of the other products).

When you look up ways to prevent stretch marks, there really isn't much out there that sounds real. So, to be honest, I was somewhat skeptical about Vivaplex (or any other stretch mark cream for that matter). But of all of the stretch mark treatments out there, Vivaplex seemed to be the most scientific. I mean, how many of the others were developed by a dermatologist? So I took the plunge and used Vivaplex during my one and only pregnancy. Each day would go by and I would check for stretch marks. But each day I didn't find any. After a few weeks, I started to believe that Vivaplex would actually work for me. And by the end of my pregnancy, no stretch marks!

It's nice to find something that really lives up to what it claims.

I tried everything to get rid of my stretch marks. I bought almost every cream, paying top dollar for strivectin and the likes, while receiving little results.

Desperate, I booked an appointment with my Dermatologist for laser treatments.To my surprise Dr. Stoll, told me to try a new stretch mark cream he had just developed. If I was not satisfied after six weeks, the office would still hold my laser appointment.
